1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Fitmax website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. Products and Services
Fitmax manufactures and sells Pilates equipment including reformers, Cadillac beds, chairs, ladder barrels, and related accessories. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or applicable taxes
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order
A signed purchase agreement is required for orders exceeding $5,000
4. Payment Terms

5. Shipping and Delivery
Standard sea freight: 3-4 weeks to Europe/Americas, 2-3 weeks to Asia
Express air shipping: 5-7 business days (additional fee applies)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
6. Warranty
All Fitmax equipment carries a warranty against manufacturing defects:

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Wuxi Fitmax Sports Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fitmax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
