Performance Features
The mat runs continuously across the whole surface, covering it completely—and it's very lightweight.
The horizontal and vertical movement bars come with a quick adjustment system for easy changes.
The stretching bar is made of anodized aluminum, with a rubber grip and padded protection. It comes with a safety strap, works with both upper and lower springs, and adjusts to three different positions.
The trapeze bar is wooden, with padded protection. The springs are covered for added safety, and there's a hanging strap included.
Short Cadillac springs with handles are available in a full set: two yellow for light resistance, two green for medium, and two red for strong.
